It's that time of year when we are tempted to over-indulge, feel stressed, depressed, deprived, drink alcohol, too many sweets, go off our exercise routine, and become very busy and lose sight of our healthy habits.
Please join me in a sharing circle format where you will have the opportunity to share whatever is on your mind about starting or maintaining a healthy lifestyle. The group emphasizes increasing raw food in your diet, yet you will define what a healthy diet and lifestyle means to you.
You can share any concerns about traveling, social situations, food cravings, emotional health and questions you have about diet, raw foods, food cravings, a vegan lifestyle and detoxification.
I have 17 years of experience leading these support meetings and I will address your comments and questions. You may receive feedback, encouragement, and helpful tips from our group members.
