Practicing privately on New York City's lower east side for the past 7 years, Amy developed Transformation to support others in self sustaining the progress gained from individual sessions. After an enormously successful year in 2007 and being busier than she could handle, Amy restructured Transformation as primarily an online program in order to serve more people. Closing 2007, Amy completed her first Transformation teacher training program and certified 5 teachers. Amy began her holistic studies as a child with her mother as her first teacher. She received formal education from The University of Georgia and is currently studying to be a naturopathic doctor with Trinity College. Amy has been on the raw food path since '96 and all raw since 2001. Amy is also a musician and currently writing new music for personal and planetary growth.

· Could negative emotions be impacting my ability to heal?
· Do I try to escape from my problems instead of working through them?
· What's the best way to cleanse myself from toxic emotions?
· Is there anything positive to be learned from experiencing a serious illness?

In this workshop you will learn that our ability to heal-and remain free of illness-is connected to our ability to manage our emotions. By understanding how fear and negative emotions adversely affect healing, you can begin to identify how you are interfering consciously or unconsciously with your own healing process.

Discover the six most common situations that slow down your body's healing process:

With increased awareness you can begin to cleanse yourself of toxic emotions. This workshop will give you positive tools that you can use every day to manage emotional stressors. Look forward to better physical health, emotional well being and healthier relationships.

Meet Clarisse Domingo CHHC, LCSW

Clarisse is the ideal person to facilitate this Workshop. She has always been interested in helping people heal. It motivated her to get a Masters degree from NYU and work as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for over ten years.

She received training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in conjunction with Columbia University's Teacher's College and The Coaches Training Institute. Her studies focused on exploring the connection between emotion and daily eating habits. She has taken what she learned and continues to heal herself with natural treatments, including a recent battle with breast cancer.

BIOGRAPHY- Sproutman Steve Meyerowitz
Steve Meyerowitz was christened "Sproutman" in the 1970s in a feature article in Vegetarian Times because his New York City apartment was always filled with gardens of mini-vegetables. They were part of his lifetime fight against chronic allergies and asthma. After 20 years of disappointment with orthodox medicine, he became symptom-free through his use of diet, juices, and fasting. In 1980, he founded "The Sprout House", a "no-cooking" school in New York City teaching the benefits of a living foods diet.

Steve is a health crusader and author of 10 books including Power Juices Super Drinks, Wheatgrass Nature's Finest Medicine, Juice Fasting and Detoxification, and Food Combining and Digestion. His most recent book is "The Organic Food Guide: How to Shop Smarter and Eat Healthier." He has been featured on PBS, the Home Shopping Network, TV Food Network, and in Better Nutrition, Prevention, Organic Gardening and Flower Garden Magazines. His sprouting inventions, such as the "Hemp Sprout Bag" are sold nationwide. You can visit him at
