· Could negative emotions be impacting my ability to heal?
· Do I try to escape from my problems instead of working through them?
· What's the best way to cleanse myself from toxic emotions?
· Is there anything positive to be learned from experiencing a serious illness?

In this workshop you will learn that our ability to heal-and remain free of illness-is connected to our ability to manage our emotions. By understanding how fear and negative emotions adversely affect healing, you can begin to identify how you are interfering consciously or unconsciously with your own healing process.

Discover the six most common situations that slow down your body's healing process:

With increased awareness you can begin to cleanse yourself of toxic emotions. This workshop will give you positive tools that you can use every day to manage emotional stressors. Look forward to better physical health, emotional well being and healthier relationships.

Meet Clarisse Domingo CHHC, LCSW

Clarisse is the ideal person to facilitate this Workshop. She has always been interested in helping people heal. It motivated her to get a Masters degree from NYU and work as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for over ten years.

After experiencing serious health problems, Clarisse decided to begin a journey back to health! She received training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in conjunction with Columbia University's Teacher's College and The Coaches Training Institute. Her studies focused on exploring the connection between emotion and daily eating habits. She has taken what she learned and continues to heal herself with natural treatments, including a recent battle with breast cancer.

As a Board Certified Health Counselor by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners as well as a certified colon hydro-therapist at Gravity East Village, she's committed to educating and coaching others on how to heal themselves naturally. She specializes in assisting people in understanding the emotional, psychological, and physical aspects of their health. In addition to serving as one of the nutritional/detox consultants at Gravity East Village, she works one-on-one coaching clients to be healthier in every aspect of life.
