Raw Julia (aka Julia Lucas) is a Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) Practitioner and Raw Foods Lifestyle Expert in Nyack, New York. She has taught at the Omega Institute, Nyack College, Gravity East Village, Union Arts Center, Peace Forest Sanctuary, yoga studios, private homes, raw meetups, and more. Julia does private EFT sessions and provides Raw Foods guidance by skype, phone or in person.
She has studied with Living Foods experts Dr. Brian Clement, Dr. Gabriel Cousens and David Wolfe and more.. She is a long-time kundalini yoga meditation student of Bruce Joel Rubin and is a teacher in the lineage of Swami Nityananda and Swami Rudrananda.
Julia is the author of the soon to be released books No Known Survivors and Raw People. She is also a professional photographer, works in film and has worked on projects directed by Martin Scorsese, Oliver Stone, Brett Ratner, Kristi Zea and Barry Sonnenfeld.
