Husband
and wife team Eddie Robinson and Lillian Butler make up Raw Soul.
Together they have more than 20 years of hands-on experience teaching
healthy lifestyle practices with a raw food diet at the forefront. They
have taught hundreds of people to successfully change their lives by
giving them practical knowledge, tools and guidance necessary to build a
solid foundation for attaining health and wellness.
Lillian
and Eddie successfully owned and operated Raw Soul Restaurant in New
York City for 8 years, teaching classes, catering to health food stores
and providing good food to the community. After closing the restaurant
in 2010 they traveled throughout Southeast Asia. In 2011, they joined
the Sivananda Organization after completing the Teacher's Training
Program. As staff they have the privilege of preparing raw and cooked
food for more than 150 guests and preparing personal meals for Swami
Mahadevananda. They continue to teach raw food classes and chef training
programs at Sivananda centers and ashrams throughout the world.
Becoming
staff has given Eddie and Lillian the opportunity to intensify and
expand their personal yoga practice and share their passion for teaching
and learning as yoga teachers, chefs and karma yogis.
