This lecture will be a concise introduction to the techniques and theory of the Bates Method for improving vision without lenses or surgery. The lecture will include practical exercises and demonstrations of the techniques and concepts.
I been teaching the Bates Method in New York City since 2001. My primary interest has been to pinpoint exactly why eyesight improvement does not always work and to carefully guide my students through the process so as to avoid the common mistakes students make and many Bates teachers miss. This has made my teaching very effective for improving eyesight, relaxing chronic tension, and releasing mental strain.
